Notes and requests/clarifications:
Investigated the source code to determine creation/update/list logic and queries and found that we do NOT have all the source files for Delphi application. Some source files are missing. The queries/database relationship is quite complex and it can't be just guessed as to how everything should update, etc. We need full source code (all the source files) for this project to determine the logic correctly. Also, it appears some values are being randomly generated and must know the logic used to maintain the same style of random values.

Our projects are ours - not yours. Do not use our projects in your portfolio, marketing etc. Anything you develop for mBUQO and its clients, is ours and theirs, not yours.
Do not load our projects to your server. Projects are loaded to our client's webhost or our staging servers. If you need a staging server, ask.
Do not post personal info in anything you deliver.
Never alter the homepage of a staging server. Do not post anything to the /root directory of your assigned staging server. Post everything to properly named subdirectories.
Reviews are posted to properly named subdirectories on your assigned staging server or our client's webhost, again - to properly named subdirectories, with subsequent reviews posted to lesser subdirectories. Do not over-write anything. Save all previous versions of everything.
Backup everything - always.
